The DHS Prefect Camp was held on the 8th to the 10th of January at ATKV Drakensville and it was an impactful experience made to yield leadership skills, teamwork and comradeship among the prefects.
The camp aimed to take a group with "no Chemistry" and make a cohesive and supportive group. This camp created an unbreakable bond between the future leaders of DHS.
The prefects had so much fun ziplinng, solving problems and the highlight of it all was the obstacle course, the prefects said they still have mud in their hair. They didn't just learn about leadership but also about each other. It was such a big opportunity to bond as a team. It will surely help them tremendously throughout the year. We would like to thank Mr Bester, Mrs Visser and Mrs Vogel for accompanying these leaders on an amazing tour. (Report written by Ofentse Nkoagatse and Zemichke Snyman)
