Grade 11 Consumer Studies learners at Dundee High School recently enjoyed a practical yeast baking demonstration presented by Anchor Yeast.

The session gave learners valuable hands-on experience in working with yeast and helped them understand the science behind successful yeast products. Learners were able to connect classroom theory with practical baking skills, making the lesson both educational and enjoyable.

The demonstration was an engaging and informative experience, and learners greatly benefited from the opportunity to learn from industry experts.
