Raffle Competition Rules

1. Eligibility: The raffle competition hosted by Dundee High School is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participants must abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Entry: Entrants can participate in the raffle by purchasing a ticket on the Dundee High School website. Each ticket purchase constitutes one entry into the competition. Multiple tickets may be bought to increase the chances of winning.
3. Prize Details: The prize consists of a 2-night stay for two people at Bella's Rest Guest House. The prize includes accommodation only and does not cover additional expenses such as meals, transportation, or any incidental charges. The dates of the weekend is set between 12 - 14 April 2024.
4. Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Winners must accept the prize as awarded and are solely responsible for any other fees incurred by the winner.
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by authorized representatives of Dundee High School. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially. The decision of the organisers is final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
6. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe or fails to respond within the specified period, Dundee High School reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity: By participating in the raffle competition, entrants grant Dundee High School the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Modification or Cancellation: Dundee High School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, Dundee High School will not be liable to entrants or winners for any losses or damages.
9. Compliance with Rules: By entering the raffle competition, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by Dundee High School. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the competition.
10. Governing Law: The raffle competition is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dundee High School is located.
